This koro or incense burner is in the shape of Japanese traditional Kanmuri (crown), made from cast bronze with black lacquer.
The cover has two holes, designed sun and moon.
Relief design of Kanji read "Kotobuki" (auspicious character) is in the base.
Measurements about : 3 7/8" (10 cm) wide, 4 7/8" (12.3 cm) deep and 3 7/8" (9.8 cm) tall.
Weight about : 1150 grams.
It is in good condition except due to its old age the lacquer were rubbed in spots on the surface.
