Korean painting depicts school of fish with very good brush strokes. Painted with sumi ink and color on paper. It would appear that dating from the mid Choson Dynasty and was originally larger work. Choson Dynasty ( 1392-1910 ) Measurements : 60 1/4" x 17 5/8" (153cm x 44.7cm), Painted area : 33 1/2" x 12 3/4" (85cm x 32.5cm). It is in good condition with some marks, minor damages expertly repaired and foxing on the paper, due to its great age.
