| This wooden lacquer Suzuribako is in sets with Suzuri (ink stone) and silver Suiteki (water dropper). The decoration on the lid depicts a plum-blossom and cloud with Makie on the vermilion lacquer ground. The interior is decorated in gold and silver makie on the black lacquer ground depicting same motif as exteriors. It is in good condition with small chip in the edge of ink-stone space and some scratchs in the exterior. Measurements about : 7 7/8" (20cm) by 7 1/8" (18cm) and 1 3/8" (3.6cm) tall. | |||||||||||||||
