We guarantee our items and will provide a full refund if not as described. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item as long as you have notified us by email or phone within three days of receipt, and ship the item for return within three days of that notification. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped by insured priority mail. Refunds will be issued less shipping, insurance and PayPal or credit card fees. Due to US Customs regulations and tariffs, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds to our International customers.
Shipping is not included in the catalogue price and is charged at actual rates. Please contact us immediately to report any shipping damage. Customers must keep the original boxes and shipping materials in case the local post office requires them to fill the claim. Claims are the responsibility of the buyer; we will assist in the claims process by providing the necessary sales and insurance receipts.
We offer layaway plans. An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the sales price is due immediately to hold the item. Layaway items are not returnable. If the final payment is not received on the agreed schedule, the item may be offered for sale to other clients.
