Exceptional late Victorian era day-night earrings, in 18k multi colored gold, set with sapphires. Feather light, the tops are designed in a shell motif; the bottoms elongated shields with ridged background, overlaid with green and yellow gold flowers, clovers and leaves. Front to back closure. Heavily marked for Portugal. Very good condition: one dark spot to a clover; a slight crease to one reverse; sapphires show a lot of wear. Measure 2 7/8” from top of hook to tip.

A beautiful Georgian gold navette sepia on ivory memorial ring, depicting a lady and a cherub grieving by a funerary urn on pedestal bearing words 'Sacred will I keep thy dear remains'. Engraved shoulders. Tests strong at 14k. Artwork is fresh; just a few floating chips. Inscription on reverse is almost completely worn, with gold at the top and bottom worn through. Superb mid-19th century pave turquoise pendant brooch, comprising three articulated sections, one with a locket back. The top section holds the pin back (a replacement); the middle is formed of two mirror image S curves; the shield shaped bottom section contains a large glass-enclosed locket compartment on the reverse. Dramatic gold and ruby ring, with all the characteristics of jewelry from the Iberian Peninsula: the domed and ruby-clustered center flanked by three rubies on each side; the flat cut stones (though the center is a cabochon); the crenellated and beaded edges. Fifteen stones set in gold which tests between 10 and 14 carat. Probably a 19th century jewel in the ancient style. Illegible marks on exterior of band.
