| This is the nicest art nouveau beaded purse I have ever seen, melding the undulating lines of nouveau with vivid deco colors! The bag is shield shaped, with sections and designs picked out in black beads. Abstract floral motifs are executed in green, blue, and orange against a lavender or pink field. The full looped fringe is alternating pink and marcasite; the header is scalloped, and the beaded handle (fully intact) is pink with a lime stripe! Lined in black cotton, with pocket. Condition is excellent, just 2-3 missing loops of fringe and a few loose threads here and there. Measures 8” by 6”; fringe adds another 2 ¾”. | |||||||||
