| Charming French School portrait miniature in watercolor on ivory of a pretty young lady, circa 1810. She wears a low-cut white dress, orange shawl, drop earrings, and gold pendant. Her auburn hair is artfully curled over her brow. Portrait is in very good condition: one small dark spot on her left shoulder; a few surface scratches; some scuffing to glass and turned wood frame, which measures 4 ½” by 4”; sight size is 2 ¼” by 1 ¾”. | ||||||
