| Beautiful Victorian double picture pinchbeck locket in very good condition. Measures 1 1/2" x 1" without the bail. Front of the locket has three leaves accented with yellow and rose gold. The hinges and lock works well. This antique locket dates to 1860's-70's. Truly a fabulous authentic Victorian or late Georgian jewel. Pinchbeck: An alloy of Zinc and Copper that looks like gold, invented by Christopher Pinchbeck a well known clockmaker born in London in the early eighteenth century. | ||
