| One of the signature Mexican jewelry designs of the Deco period the domed flower link bracelet with deep red cherry opals, measuring 7.5" long and 7/8" at widest. It consists of six individual repousse flower links that are connected to each other with smaller, rectangular ones with applied hollow spheres - this last detail an additional twist to the classic motif! Centered at the top of each flower is a spectacular, deep red cherry opal cabochon, bezel-set and enhanced with twist-rope wire details. The bracelet has a fully functional hook and eye clasp with the hook's push-down feature adding extra security. It is signed on the back of the hook with an impressed "SILVER MEXICO", which helps us date this piece in the 1920s or 1930s. | ||
