Persian, Elamite Period, Clay Fertility Goddesses, ca. 1500 - 1000 BCE, found in the Holy Land. Mold made but varying in sizes and with elaborate headress and costume. Each fertility goddess holding bare breasts in cupped hands. Sizes vary from 5 1/2" to 6" high. All intact and in excellent condition. Similar figurine was excavated at Susa in 1852 by W.K. Loftus. Examples of these moulds found in the British Museum.
