This is a splendid Mahogany Dining Table that is less than 10 years old, and was custom made by a company in Bogota, Columbia. Its elegant style is reminiscent of the Art Deco and Art Moderne era. Hand built using the finest materials and finished in a Mahogany veneer, the superb craftsmanship is evident when you see it in person. Original cost was $16,000 and was made to the customers specifications. The luxurious rich reddish brown color is finished off with 15 coats of lacquer, giving it a glass like surface. The table also includes a 2' wide leaf allowing this already large table to expand to 10' in length. The photos do not do this piece justice, it is stunning.
