This is a marvelous and authentic Eiffel Tower or Skeletal Telephone from the L. M. Ericsson of Stockholm, Sweden. Dating from the 1890's -1910's this antique phone is in superb condition and looks phenomenal. This is a rare telephone with some great details. The gold leaf decals are still in place, magneto with crank handle and a handset with the original Hygiene Mouthpiece for safety. IT"S COOL The phone has been refitted with a later date rotary dial mechanism and has been rewired with an old phone plug for current day use. Since its arrival in our shop it has received a lot of attention, imagine what the response will be in your home.
SIZE: 12"H x 10"W x 9"D Visually it's in excellent condition. It appears to be complete, but I'm not sure if it's in mechanical working order. |
