| By varying the lengths of bamboo strips in a tight twill plaiting, this respected Kyushu artist created an ikebana basket that appears to be in perpetual motion. The high arch of the finely wrapped handle creates a frame for the flower arrangement. It is fitted with a copper liner. Excellent condition. Mid-1900's.
