A Korean Large/Rare Koryo Black and White Slip Inlaid Celadon Oil Bottle-12th C.: Korea, Koryo dynasty, 12th century.
Of disk form with waisted neck ending in a cup-form mounth, inlaid in black and white
slip with four flying cranes reserved on a ground of small clouds, all inlaid in white slip,
above double line, also inlaid white slip, covered by a blue-green celadon gaze,
It’s in very fine condition without any damage or repaies but its bottom glaze discolored while firing.
It measures 9.5cm d. x 6.2cm h.
