The squat globular stoneware wide body sharply tapering to a raised ring foot, with everted rolled rim, decorated with white slip inlaid to the neck, decorated in black and white slip inlaid
in sraffiato and reverse inlaid with a large peony flowerhead and leaves and decorated en suite on other sides, beneath rich and clear celadon glaze applied overall.
It¡¯s in fine condition except its foot rim repairs and firing decoloration on lower body, otherwise very good conition without any other repairs or cracks on the mouth rim especially, it measures 17cm h. x 20.3cm d. (6 3/8¡± x 8 1/8¡±)
