It has two circles and each one has Japanese paper half pasted and one of them can turn so that the light source can be controlled. In good condition but has some chips and scratches. The light source was oil or a candle in old days, but a light bulb is replaced for this one. You can see the prominent craftsmanship of wood, especially in the round cover. In excellent condition.
