This is a pair of tekko ( arm cover ) made of natural indigo dyed cotton with beautiful sashiko ( quilting ). The sashiko threads are natural indigo dyed asa. It is from Tohoku ( east-north ) district. It is worn for protecting arms from sunburn. In excellent condition. The former half of the 20th century. 13.5cm x 41.5cm
