This is a wooden mask of woman, called Otafuku or Okame used in the Shinto music and dance numbers which is held in local shrines, or in the comedy. Its features are a round face, a full forehead, a button nose and a smile. It has wear and some parts where colors came off. 19th or early 20th century. L:21.5cm W:17cm H:8cm
