Baby boy's ceremonial kimono made of pongee silk and has hand-drawn auspicious motifs. They are:oval gold coins, a sea bream, helmets, a mallet, a pine tree in a pot, treasure balls and so on. The lining is also pongee silk dyed with natural indigo. Belts are made of thin wool muslin. In good condition except for some stains in front. Late 19th to early 20th century. 82cm x 91cm
