Sakabukuro with mending and stitches which is made of cotton. It was used in the process of making Japanese wine (sake), in squeezing fermentation broth (moromi) in it to extract sake. It used to be the lighter color, but the darker it became as it was used repeatedly. 20th century. 24cm x 71cm
