| This is an Asamai shibori han-juban ( short under kimono ) made of hand-spun cotton and dyed with natural indigo. Asamai is a region in Akita prefecture in Tohoku ( north-east ) district. It has beautiful tie-dyed cotton lining in the back of the collar. In excellent condition. Late Meiji or Taisho period ( ca. 1900s~1920s ). 88cm x 68cm 35" x 27" | |||||||||||
