| This is a wooden urushi wan ( bowl ) with a lid. It has beautiful taka-makie ( raised lacquer work ) with gold and silver urushi ( lacquer ) inside of the bowl and the lid. It has daikon ( radish ) and kabu ( turnip ) motifs. Generally in good condition, however they are used ones and there are many tiny chips on the most of the rims of the bowls and lids. Some makie have wear. The condition of the each set differs, so please inquire.
