This is an original oil lamp, circa 1820-1830. It has an Argand burner - "Argand" known for even, bright light, adjustable font all in original condition. It was made by Messinger and Sons, London, for Harris and Stanwood in Boston, Mass. The lamp has a double arm and a double globe. This is a very rare piece.
The globes are felt to be original.

A Mt. Washington lamp designed in the “Gone with the Wind” style compiled out of acid cut back glass. Featuring a cameo relief depicting birds and flowers on the lower portion of the lamp and a ruffled top. Can be lighted on the top and bottom. The lamp is in good working condition, circa turn of the century. It measures 2 feet tall and 7.5” in diameter at the base.

Exquisite Pairpoint copper lamp with Panel shade, plate 283 in Pairpoint Lamp Catalog, circa 1911 to 1914. The lamp features a solid copper base with original patina, supporting and an 8-panel shade, 14 inches in diameter. Each panel features a reverse painted floral scene on corrugated glass.
