| This wonderful carved blackware jar is by Legoria Tafoya and her daughter Celes, of Santa Clara Pueblo, New Mexico. The small polished jar features a carved Avanyu wrapped around the mid body of the vessel. It is signed "Legoria & Celes Sta Clara Pueblo" on the underside. The piece is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. It measures 2.5" x 2.5" and weighs about 5 ounces.
