A marvelous perfume bottle made for chatelaine with original glass stopper, circa 1893. Hand enameled scene of the Colombian Exposition, a World’s Fair celebration of Columbus' arrival to the Americas, held in Chicago during the year 1893. The scene is fashioned after the fairgrounds Horticultural Hall with a few boats puttin’ on the river. On the brass lid is an incised floral design. It is in excellent condition.
