All items sold by Heirloom Estate Services are guaranteed to be of the age or period stated in the listing (areas of restoration excepted). We will refund the initial purchase price of any returned merchandise under the following conditions: returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase in the same condition as when purchased. Upon return, the item should be accompanied with the original receipt from Heirloom Estate Services, as well written evidence from a curator of Asian arts at any major museum or an accredited ASA (American Society of Appraisers) appraiser disputing the returned item’s authenticity. A full money-back payment of the initial purchase price will then be issued to the purchaser. Any undisclosed cracks or fractures claims must be handled directly through the chosen method of delivery immediately after receipt as they occurred during shipping.
