A spectacular Knights of Templar 10K yellow gold watch fob or charm featuring a large black enameled Maltese cross with a red enameled cross running through a three dimensional crown, 2 swords, a hinged knight's helmet, and the words "In Hoc Signo Vinces" which is Latin for "By this sign thou shall conquer". On the backside is a gold two headed eagle which lifts up to reveal the keystone letters in gold over white enamel. Above the eagle is the number "32" (32nd Degree: Master of the Royal Secret). Fantastic detailing, the helmet can be tilted slightly in either direction to reveal more design work, see last photo. The charm measures 1.7 inches tall by 1" wide. Consistently tests 10 karat. In pristine condition with no damage to enamel. Circa 1880-1900.
