A beautiful large round cloisonne box is done in black enamel with the focus of gold-tone scrolling vines and florals. A good natural patina that has not been disturbed by over cleaning adds to its beauty. In excellent condition, it is obvious that this was a well cared for and treasured piece. A conservative dating of late 19th century to early first decade is most likely. It measures: 6" diameter, 3.5" high
