approx. 20cm in height, 4.5cm in base-width (7.9in, 1.8in)

Detailed Japanese bronze okimono of Ashinaga and Tenaga ('Long legs and short arms' and 'Long arms and short legs').
A pair of monsters who always join together and have never been lacked for getting sustenance (fishes) in the Japanese folklore which is originally based on the Chinese folklore of 4th century.
Fine antique condition with repair at wrist.
