A striking transitional mahogany inlaid chest of drawers, New England, c. 1790 the bowed top with edge stringing above the conforming case of graduated beaded drawers above a molded base on very good, boldly shaped ogee bracket feet. 38” h. x 40 ½” w. x 21 1/8” d.
