A gorgeous pair of gold gilded English hardwood cornices, mid to late 19th century. It is extremely hard to find a pair of matching antique cornices in such good condition. In very good antique condition, there may be an insignificant small piece missing on either valance. The only restoration we found was to a corner of one of the cornices (see 3rd photo) which appears to have been professionally done...

In the shape of a trunk and beautifully chased with an ornate detailed design over the entire piece this brass box has a warm patina that is only acquired with age. The interior is lined with velvet and probably held 3 perfume bottles at one time. In excellent antique condition, it measures 5.5" X 4" at the base and is 3.25" high. Circa 19th century

This fabulous French black enamel over wrought iron bed with brass medallions featuring the Huntress and Goddess Dianna, was expertly restored and converted from a double to a queen size bed. The restoration was done in England 32 years ago. The bed was cut about 10" in from each side, extended, and re-enameled. It is extremely difficult to locate the ares of extension. Not pictured, but we do have, the side rails. The head measures 56.5" high, foot 42.5" high, and width is about 60"...

A pair of hand hewn and carved angelic corbels from Europe. These were obviously made from an act of love, as one angel is a boy, identified by the thin face and swept back hair and surrounded by a crows feet pattern about the inner base of the wings. The other a girl with fat cheeks and mouth slightly opened as to suggest a giggle, with her hair close to the sides of her cheeks and extending to the shoulder area, she is surrounded by normal swept back feathers...

This 19th Century flame mahogany French secretary has been has been in the same family since 1961 when it was appraised by Sotheby's for $7,000. The top is black marble. In excellent condition, it measures 58" high, 39" wide, and 16" deep. More photos and shipping information available upon request.
