Large impressionistic oil on canvas of an Italian street cafe by Nicole White Kennedy. Beautifully created using a palate knife and brushes, this colorful painting measures 48" by 60" and will fit into any decor. Signed Nichole. Nichole's paintings of this size currently run $5,000.
Biography Nicole White Kennedy has exhibited in national and international juried competitions and has won numerous awards. Nichole attended Parson's School of Design and pursed a career in commercial art on Madison Avenue creating TV commercials for consumer giants such as Procter & Gamble, Texaco, Minolta, and Johnson & Johnson. When she wasn't working at an agency, Nicole painted and sold her fine art in NYC. In 1996 Nicole moved to Raleigh, NC and began painting full time. Being part Italian, Nicole is naturally drawn to Italy and feels the need to relive and recreate moments in Italy. Her paintings bring to reality the enduring beauty and intrigue of places like Portofino, Venice, Tuscany, Florence, and Rome. Nichole paints a great deal "en plein aire" (literally out in the open air). In addition to her fine art career, Nicole teaches painting workshops in her Raleigh, NC studio and on U-Tube.
