Very rare good condition Tang Changsha bowl with Arabic koran inscription motif in red copper oxide under yellowish glaze. this bowl part of the Belitung shipwreck, some of the piece is found in sealed large jar, some how can survive from sea water, very rare to find. This bowl is in good condition minor glaze dagradation, no damage, no repaire, no chip, no crack. Size: 6" (15 cm) diameter.
