A good sample of northern Song Guan type celadon bowl, rounded side with deep center and unglazed base, bowl covered with grayish green glaze, base with dark stoneware clay, possibly products of Guan type longquan or Guan Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Bowl is in good condition with fritting at the rim, no chip, no crack, no restoration, recovered from Musi river south Sumatra. Size: 11.3 cm diameter. |
