A beautiful Ming Wanli blue and white large kendi (pouring vessel). this kendi has globular body with tubular neck, disc shape mount and globular spout, decorate with under glaze blue galloping horse, flower spray and blue base continuous flower motif on the shoulder, Buddhist symbols and peach motif at the spout, neck with raised leaves motif. Kendi is in very good condition, no chip, no crack, no restoration, porcelain with good glaze. Size: 18.5 cm height. |
