A lovely example of Dong Son Bronze Culture, made in Vietnam between 300BC and 300AD. H. 16 cm, wonderful patina and a small corner missing at the top. The stand is included.
These bottles were commissioned by the Dutch who had their trade base on the artificial island of Decima, Nagasaki. Made of porcelain and decorated in transfer technique. 'Japanschzoya'means: Japanese Soy, CPD stands for 'Compradoor Decima' and means: trader at Decima. The same text can be found in the round seal on the back. H. 17,5 cm. Excellent condition.
