| Japan. 1912-1926. This is a classic Taisho textile with it's bold use of design and color. A soft crepe rinzu (damask) silk decorated with large yuzen-dyed motifs, gold metallic-thread couching, simple embroidery, as well as sumi e handpainted flower highlights.
