| Late Taisho to early Showa era (1920-1940). This bold haori is made up of "jiginu" silk: rusticly spun silk thread that was once popular in certain Japanese rural districts. The patterns are dyed, although resemble those created with the shibori technique. Very good condition. 48" from sleeve-end to sleeve-end x 36" height. | ||
