| Date Mid-Showa era (1940-1960). This boy's miyamairi (Shinto christening) silk kimono features depictions of ships laden with traditional treasures. These treasures include a wish-granting mallet, a bottomless purse, a cape of invisibility, coral and a rhinocerous horn: all symbols of good fortune. Very good condition. 31" from sleeve-end to sleeve-end x 39" height. | ||
