Here I have to offer a seldom found German Bisque 15" Armand Marseille American Indian Character Doll. His face is true to life with bold features, having black painted eyebrows and lashes, stationary brown glass eyes, manly long straight nose, open mouth with four teeth, and full lips. He is on his Original 5 piece paper mache jointed body. One foot has been re-glued (see photo). He wears his Original tribal long one piece blue wool top with multi color fringe on sleeves, bottom and around neck, with a faux leather belt around his waist, over wool blue pants with multi color fringe on each side of pant legs. His black braided wig is Original. The bisque has no hairlines, cracks, chips, and is damage free. The body does have a crack near the back of the neck (see photo). The rest of the neck is perfect (see photo). I didn't undress the doll for photos because the belt is one piece and I didn't want to cut it. Despite the flaws which can't be seen at all unless you look for them, this fantastic Bisque American Indian Character is Rare and hardly ever seen. His face is one of the best American Indian Character faces I've ever seen on a german bisque doll. If you collect American Indian, Character or Rare dolls, this is one to be considered. Don't let this one get away.
