| This great card set has never been opened / used and has 2 sets of colorful cards. The plastic around the box is slightly torn; but the box still cannot be opened unless the plastic is completely taken off. The box has a velvet feel with gold trim and measures 5" x 3 3/4". The top reads CONGRESS Playing Cards, CEL-U-TONE FINISH and Only Congress Cards have CEL-U-TONE FINISH. This set is circa 1950s. | ||
