This is a lovely and striking large stickpin beautifully enameled and accented with five pearls. The enamel portion is 3/4"; the pin overall is 3" long. A clutch will be supplied with the pin. It is not marked for metal content, but bears the design mark 0047. Tests as low-karat [9 k?] gold. Age uncertain.

This dainty enamel, pearl, and sapphire Art Nouveau stickpin is 14k gold and just plain beautiful. The head of the pin is 1/2" and the pin itself 2" in length. Comes with a clutch to protect the end. [No matter how lovely the stickpin, it's bad if you stab yourself!]

The Daughters of Liberty was formed ~1766, shortly after the Sons of Liberty. This group of brave women boycotted British products and made use of traditional women's skills such as weaving and spinning, to support the cause of liberty. This charming 14 k gold pin is a bit of history, an homage to the group. It sports an enameled flag, initials, No. 5, and the date 1860. The pin is 1 X 1/1/2" in size.

This beautifully simple stickpin is the perfect way to set off an elegant suit. It is bezel set with a 12 x 14.5 mm honey-colored agate and is made of 18 k gold. The pin is 2 7/8" long. The age is uncertain, but the beauty is timeless.

This charming lavalier is an eye-catcher when worn. The stone is amethyst-colored glass and the metal is gold-fill. The lavalier is not marked, but the 20" gold-filled chain bears the maker's mark for Bates & Bacon. The lavalier is 1 1/8 X 3/4", not including the fresh-water pearl dropper. Circa 1900.

Heliotrope is a old name for bloodstone, a dark green jasper with flecks of bright red iron oxide. These bright red spots were once thought to be drops of blood, hence the name. But since that label may be a turn-off, we'll go with heliotrope, a name that comes from the way the stone reflects light. This ring, with its shield-shaped dark green bloodstone. is simple and charming. The setting is an ornate 10 k gold Victorian delight. The stone is 1/4" across and the ring is a size 6 1/2.

This is an absolutely charming and classic Art Nouveau watch pin. The golden flower is surrounded by leaves and a whiplash frame and is topped with a single pearl. The backs of the leaves are textured--that extra bit of quality that only the wearer knows about--like the pretty lining in a dress or jacket! Marked 10 k [but tested as higher karat gold--somewhere between 10 & 12]. Circa 1900.

Tiny and charming, this Art Nouveau watch pin is 14 K gold set with a 4 x 6 mm amethyst and seed pearls. The pin is 3/4 X 3/4" and carries the maker's mark L B A. Circa 1900.

This charming and delicate Art Nouveau ring dates from circa 1910. It is 18 k gold, with two pearls and two rose-cut diamonds. The French eagle mark of quality is on the outside of the band as shown in Figure 3. There is an unidentified maker's mark, an angular, ornate S.

This lovely gold and peridot ring is hallmarked for 9 ct gold and Edinborough. There is no date letter, but it bears the Common Convention Mark, used to indicate 1976 or later. Maker's mark CL&S. It is a size 6 1/2.

This lovely bar pin is Victorian in age and is made of 15 ct gold. It is an Etruscan Revival design with the central motif of an anchor. The pin is 1 1/2" in length by 3/8" wide. Circa 1860-90.

We all wish we could have a tiger in the tank these days, but the next best thing might be this gorgeous vintage tiger to ride on your shoulder. He is 14 k gold with green eyes and a diamond in his mouth. They eyes are emerald or glass--they're too small to really tell. His head is 1/2" x 5/8" and the overall length of the stickpin is 2 3/4". Comes with a clutch for the end.
