You can't get more 50's than this amazing and beautiful multistrand necklace & earring set. For the necklace, three torsades of faux pearls, each larger than the previous, are separated by faceted bead strands. The earrings are small faux pearls surrounded by the same faceted beads. Anecdotally by Lily Dache, but not signed. Circa 1950 and really gorgeous.

Amethyst and seed pearls set in 9 ct gold combine to make a beautiful Art Nouveau lavalier. The large central amethyst is complemented with seed pearls and an amethyst dropper. The bale is set with more pearls. The lavalier is 1 1/8" by 1 1/2" plus the bale. Circa 1900. The 14 k gold 16" chain is new.

Here is a lovely Art Nouveau lavaliere, made of 9 ct gold and set with amethysts [the smaller stones] and a garnet/glass doublet. [Garnet/glass doublets were a common substitution in the Victorian age, when amethyst was one of the most valuable gemstones. Making them was often a family affair, done in the evenings around the kitchen table.] The pendant is 2" x 1", and is on a 16" [modern] 14 k gold chain. The pendant itself is circa 1900.

This Art Nouveau lavalier is 10 k gold and is set with a garnet/glass doublet* The pendant is 1 1/4" x 5/8" in size and is on a 16" gold filled chain.
