HUGE CZECH PEKING GLASS DRAGON EGG FOLIAR BRACELET
This phenomenal Peking glass bracelet dates from the turn of the 20th century. If you don't like to be noticed then this bracelet is not for you! A true show stopper, it consists of six large brass links each with ornate leaves set with a central rectangular brilliant green dragon's egg Czech glass cabochon "stone" and accented by two smaller round green cabochons and four faux pearls. The Czech glass pieces have wonderful mottled inner coloration similar to jade green. There are a total of six links comprising this piece. This bracelet is drop dead gorgeous and one you'll want to get out of bed to wear in the morning...or whenever! Some of the tiny decorative pearls show some wear but nothing to detract from the over all look of this wonderful bracelet. You can see this wear in the photos but remember they are magnified tremendously so this is very insignificant. And it is the only wear showing on the bracelet which is otherwise in near mint condition. The bracelet has the original slide box clasp which is in good working order and a sturdy, detachable safety chain. The construction of this bracelet is exquisite. It is in superb condition for its age. The bracelet measures 7" long from end to end and 1 5/8" wide. The large cabochons measure 5/8" wide by 7/8" tall. The bracelet weighs 179.7 grams or 6.4 ounces! It's heavy and sultry and a sure-to-please show stopper. It is in very fine antique condition.
