A very large and rare unique lacquer panel screen with a variety of stone carvings of Quanyin and Her Disciples. The carved gold leaf panels most likely depict the life of the owner. An alloy metal Buddha sitting under a bodhi tree.This is where Buddha gained his great Enlightenment by sitting in concentrated meditation beneath the bodhi tree at Bodh Gaya in Bihar,India. Can be made into an amulet. Size: H. 6.3cm. W. 3.3cm. Condition: No repairs.

A nice yellow six sided Nonya plate with a peach and bats for good luck. Nonya wares are over-glaze polychrome enamelled porcelains made in Jingdezhen in the Kiangsi province of China for the Straits Chinese, or Babas, whose female counterparts are called Nonyas, hence the term Nonya ware. Nonya wares were mainly reserved for festive occasions and special functions. Size: W. 15.2cm. Condition: No repairs or chips.

An unusual shaped glass earring, flat on one side and a ridge around the other side. The glass is translucent with a light blue tint. It is most likely from Vietnam. Size: Outside diameter. 3.8cm. Condition.Very good.

A beautiful and well made scholar's screen made of blackwood and having the original marble insert. Most of the marble in early pieces have been replaced. The frame for the marble has a key fret design. The base has carvings of two peaches, representing longevity, and the peony for prosperity. Age: Early 19th century. Size: H. 64cm. W. 43.5cm. Condition: No repairs, all original, age crack on the marble, common for it's age.

A very rare large white Martaban jar. Very difficult to find an original white jar like this. This jar came from Borneo but made in China, and were highly valued by the chieftains in Borneo. This one has a symbol of a humane figure painted inside most likely done by the chieftain who owned the jar. Size: H. 84cm. W. 45cm. Condition: Perfect.
