A Nonya ware bowl from the Tonzhi reign with a beautiful painted Crane and floral design.The Crane signifies longevity. Nonya wares are over-glaze polychrome enamelled porcelains made in Jingdezhen in the Kiangsi province of China for the Straits Chinese, or Babas, whose female counterparts are called Nonyas, hence the term Nonya ware. Nonya wares were mainly reserved for festive occasions and special functions. Size: W. 11cm. H. 4.7cm. Condition: No repairs or chips. Some wear from use.

A unusual well carved ancient jade pendant with a stylized head of a pig on top and tapering down into a fang or a claw.. The upper part of the jade is of a black and tan color and the tail is translucent. There is a hole at the back of the mouth for stringing. I date this piece to be either Eastern Zhou or Warring States period. Size: L. 4.7cm. W. 1.2cm. Condition: See last photo.
