Tang bronze Buddha that was cast on one side and has some remains of being gilded. It probably was part of a larger array of a larger group of statues. Size: H. 10.5cm. W. 4cm. Condition: Most of the gilding is gone and the base attachment is missing.

A very rare bronze seal from the First Emperor period with the "ying-yang" impression. Yin is often symbolized by water or earth, while yang is symbolized by fire or wind. Age: 221 -206 BC. Size:L. 1.9cm W. 1cm. H. 1.2cm. Condition: No repairs.

A set of six nineteenth century brass locks all with original keys. Size: Largest 15.3cm. Smallest 7cm. Condition: all working. Need some cleaning.

A brass/bronze oval tobacco container. The top and two surfaces along the side have hammered lines of erotic art (all three scenes are different). The graceful lines are skillfully hand-tooled. The container is rather weighty for its size.

Period: Ching (Mid 19th Century)

Condition: It has a dark patina. Can use some polishing but we like to keep it in its natural state.

An rare and endearing figure of a young boy disciple of Quanyin (the Goddess of Compassion) wearing a garment etched with a lotus flower - the symbol of Buddhism. He is often depicted near Quanyin with his hands in reverential prayer. The bronze is heavily cast and has wires imbedded underneath the pedestal, perhaps for attaching to a group of figures. A rare miniature figure of Avalokitesvara (Buddha) (God of Compassion) on a plinth. The head is surrounded by a halo. The figure was originally gilded and traces of the gold still remain. The features have been worn from age. Has a nice patina. Period: Han. 206BC - 220AD Size: Height = 7.5 cm

A nicely cast bronze warrior from the Khengis Khan area. The uniform seems more Mongolian than Chinese. The weapon he was holding is gone probably made from an organic material. Size: H. 20cm. Base W. 9.5cm. Condition: No repairs. Some casting holes at the base.

There is an image of Buddha beneath the veil on her head. Placed before her is her ambrosia bottle (kalasa). At the foot of her lotus pedestal is a band with two dragons facing a flaming pearl...

Large Bronze statue of Guanyin (the Goddess of Mercy). She wears an ornate necklace and has a ball-like "Nyoi Jewel" in her right hand representing enlightenment . There is an image of Buddha beneath the veil on her head. In her left hand she is holding her ambrosia bottle (kalasa)representing "The Water of Compassion. She is sitting on a lotus base and at the back of the base is the stylized inscription of Xuande,1426 to 1435 AD. Size: H. 49cm. W. At the base 31cm. Condition: Nice Patina...

A unusual Song Dynasty bronze mirror with three mythical animals. Could be Lions or rats. The lion represents the "Guardian" and the rat represents "Prosperity". Size: Diameter 10.4cm. Condition: No repairs.
