A Kutani Kaburagi lidded bowl painted with symbols of prosperity and longevity in multi-colored enamels and gold. To his right side is a feather fan. There is a signed poem about his feather fan inscribed to the left of the carvings. It is a serene, well proportioned, beautifully carved piece. The beads are made by compressing 100 herbs into a ball. There are 18 beads in all. Age: Pre 1920. Size: inside radius 7cm. It is stringed with a new stretch string to fit all. Condition: Very good for its age.
