A figure of the eminent Tibetan goddess "Lhamo." Her face has bulging eyes, an open mouth showing her teeth and protruding tongue and bushy eyebrows. Her flaming hair is painted red. Period: 18th C. (Llamo) Size: Height = 17 cm., Width = 14.2 cm. (tip of mule's nose to tip of the tail) Condition: Lhamo missing earrings in left ear. The Lhamo and mule are separately cast; The mule appears to be of a later period (19th C).

A stunning necklace of rare and unusual carnelian beads. They include a very long 16-striped etched carnelian, an oval carnelian etched with a stag and a carnelian tiger tooth bead with a zig-zag pattern. These beads are flanked with smaller etched carnelians, etched agates and gold spacers (also of the period).

Period: 1st - 5th Century, Burma/India

Size: Length of cylinder carnelian = 8.2 cm (3-3/16 inches). Diameter of stag carnelian = 2.5 cm (1 inch)...

Very rare wine vessel in the Meiping shape used by the boarded patrol. The inscription reads a kind of alcoholic beverage, most likely rice wine. The bottom has the inscription of the maker. Found in north western China. Size: 31.5cm. high. Age: Yuan - 1279-1368 AD. Condition: No repairs, two small chips around the spout and a small chip in the back. See photo 11. Looks worse on the photo then the actual chip.
