A very rare carved wooden Buddha dating back to the 15th century or before. Size: H. 26.5cm. Condition: Natural ageing. The right hand is missing and a portion of the base has worn away.

Nicely cast bronze warrior from the Khengis Khan area. The uniform seems more Mongolian than Chinese. The weapon he was holding is gone probably made from an organic material. Size: H. 20cm. Base W. 9.5cm. Condition: No repairs. Some casting holes at the base.

A beautiful nineteen century woven temple carpet with nice design. The center pattern features 3 large multi-colored abstract florals against a black background that is surrounded by a blue & white keyfret design frame. The center florals include stylized lingzhi fungus combined in the design. The outer edge features abstract cloud and water patterns. These designs symbolize longevity, fertility and good luck. Size: L.163cm. W. 85cm. (5.4ft X 2.19ft) Condition: no repairs.

A set of seven very rare Pyu silver coins. Dated 100 to 900 AD. Some coins have holes in them, probably used for jewerly. Sizes: Large coin 2.4cm Smallest 1.4cm. Condition Fine. Natural patina.

A nicely carved mythical beast or cute animal in the recumbent position. There is a hole through the mouth for hanging. As for the age, I will date it as a Song piece, but it could also be from the Southern & Northern Dynasties. It is hard to date jade as many Dynasties copied from past dynasties. Size: L. 5cm. A white jade of two frolicking animals "kissing" muzzle-to-muzzle. The smaller animal has a little curly tail while the larger one has a long tail going up against its back with a curl at the tip. The style in which their legs are carved gives this piece a feeling of playful activity. Can be worn as a pendant. A choker necklace of assorted carnelian, calcedony,agate beads from China. Some of these beads are over 2,000 years old. There are also two carved,good luck,ivory pieces. Size: Length 41.5cm.

A rare huanghuali clapper with three beautiful pieces of huanghuali. The two outer clappers are rounded at the tops while the center piece is flat on both sides.The sound of the wooden clappers sets the rhythm of the music as well as some of the actions of the performers. Age: early 19th century. Size:L.26.5cm. W.at the widest point-6cm. H.all three together 2.5cm. Condition: No repairs. Normal wear.

A beautiful quadratic prism shaped translucent brown jade with two ring carved on each end. The jade is strung with three old Chinese beads. Age; Song or earlier Size: 3.4 x 2.1cm. Condition: No chips.

An opium scale made of two carved bamboo parts that pivot open at the rounded end and close together with a leather strap. Inside this violin-shaped instrument are the original items - metal scale tray, counterweight and a measuring rod made of a long single piece of ivory that is approximately 38 cm (14-3/4 inches). Chinese grey/brown nephrite jade of dog with large head and long comma-shaped ears. The jade has color variations and inclusions natural to the stone. There is a hole for stringing over its two paws and under the neck area. Period: Late Ming (17th Century) Size: H = 1-1/4", Length = 2-3/4"

A pottery jar glazed with a green lead glaze. Half of it is still green while the other half has oxidized to a silvery iridescent color. The variance in color is due to how the piece was buried and the effect of moisture getting under the surface of the glaze and "lifting" it to give it the pearl-like sheen. We've nicknamed this the Yin-Yang jar because of its unusual natural patterning. What makes this unique is its beautiful silvery- gold iridescence...

A nicely carved jade pig done in the Han style. Pigs represent prosperity and jade pigs were were placed in the hands of the deceased. Many jade pigs were used for this purpose in later times and are sometimes mistaken for Han pieces. Size: L.10cm. H. 2.8cm. W. 2.3cm. Condition: No chips. Some calcification.

A nicely carved jade pendant with an unusual shape copying the Western Zhou style. Lots of intricate carving on this piece. This is most likely an old jade but I can't date it. Size: W. 8.2cm. H.4.2cm. Condition: No breaks or repairs. Some wear.

An unusual jade male dancer with his legs twirling around each other, one arm on his chest the other straight down on his side. Most of the color of the jade is gone except for some remnants of the original jade still remaining. I have strung him to be worn as a pendent. Age: Han Dynasty. Size:5.4cm. Condition: No repairs.
