A very unusual & original Han well with the "jing" design, symbol for well and two intertwined snakes for the handle. There is some iridescence at the bottom of the base of the green glaze. An unusual bearded sancai glazed pottery figure of an male attendant on a hexagonal pedestal. His long-sleeved robe is colored in finely crackled green and ochre glazes. His life-like expressive face is molded with exquisite detail. Usually attendant figures are based on actual attendants so attention was placed on capturing the person's real face and personality...

A rare huanghuali wood Chinese "violin" called an erhu. The main body is carved from a single piece of huanghuali wood, its top stretched with snake skin of beautiful patterning. The bottom of the main body has a sound hole with an openwork carving of a stylized "shou" character meaning longevity (this bottom panel is a separate piece of wood)...

A large dark grey-green nephrite jade winged animal with a bifurcated tail. Its head leans back, his mouth open and tongue out. There are spots and areas of beige and rusty brown that are natural to the stone. Period: Tang style, middle Ching Size: H = 4", W = 6"

A seated bronze figure of Buddha in the earth-touching gesture. The Buddha sits on a platform with openwork scroll patterns. The face is round with facial features done in an free and unusual manner that give a tranquil, meditative expression.
